Our Facility

Our first facility is located on 291 Garden Street in Hartford and opened in 2007. This facility sits on the bus line which allows easy access to and from many locations in Hartford. Family Connections, LLC is housed on the first floor of a three family house. This facility houses a children’s room that is equipped with age appropriate toys and play items for children ages four through seven. Another room is set up to accommodate an older age range with age-appropriate items to hold their interests along with items to assist in appropriate interaction between parents and their adolescents.

Family Connections also has an office on site equipped with a telephone and computer system with Internet access, a word processor, fax machine and other appropriate office supplies available for use by CPS and local agency staff.
