LLC is now hiring to support an expanded list of opportunities with the
Department of Children and Families (DCF) and other social service
agencies. Family Connections provides
an exciting work environment where individuals may work in part-time
positions with very flexible scheduling. The current job opportunities
are ideal for qualified candidates with a passion to help reunite and
reconnect families. These employees will be part of a dedicated team of
social service professionals who provide a variety of support services
for the entire family.
Family
Assistant Specialist
Acts as an assistant to various other Family Connections, LLC roles before,
during, and after each assigned family visit or service.
Job Requirements:

groups)

Must be able to assist, when necessary, with
the smooth transition of clients to and from services
- Must
understand and adhere to mandated reporting requirements, as needed

Group
Facilitator
Provides small group training programs which are administered over several two
hour sessions.

Provides in-home services for families who are reunifying

during visits and prepare summary reports regarding interaction of
family for review by Social Worker

Must understand and adhere to mandated reporting requirements, as needed
Experience/Education:

Master’s
Degree or equivalent experience

Services
Specialist
Provides various support services separate from support provided during
supervised visits

insurance coverage

Transportation Specialist
Immediate openings available after
successful completion of background checks.
Transports Family Connections, LLC clients to and from visits and other
support services as necessary.
